The Covert Cooperative Program and Cameras For Cops is the brainchild of serial entrepreneur Felicia Edwards. At the age of 16 she was already manning trade show booths at national law enforcement and public safety trade shows. After working in the family business of selling In Car and body cameras, she started ResponderSMART, LLC the parent company of Covert Cooperative.
Often referred to as a " technology nerd" by the ResponderSMART team, Felicia is devoted to finding cutting edge hardware, software and services that fosters efficient surveillance techniques.
Her visionary leadership is driven by the desire to help every agency, large or small have the tools they need to "make cases".
